Cancellations
Our shipping team starts working on your order as soon as it enters our system, so cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
Returns or Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return or Exchange
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
