Shipping & Delivery
What is your shippping policy?
Shipping within the U.S. is free for orders with a subtotal over $50. If your order is under $50 or you are out of the US, you will incur a shipping fee which is calculated at checkout.
What is your shipping time?
Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and then be shipped utilizing 3-7 business day delivery service. Please allow a few extra days for shipping during peak and holiday periods.
How long will it take for the order to arrive?
Shipping within the US can take between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you have free shipping available?
Yes! All US order over $50 ship free!
What is your shipping cost?
Shipping costs for orders less than $50 are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please Contact Us immediately. Please be aware, we have a very short window when we can change the address.
Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped or began processing we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.

For US orders - If it's been over 10 days since you placed your order and you still have not received it, please contact us.
Changes & Cancellation
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order with no additional charges if you notify us before your shipment is processed.
If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.
Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.

Can I change the shipping address after my order has been place?
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please Contact Us immediately. Please be aware, we have a very short window when we can change the address.

Returns or Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery, dependent on a few conditions:
- You must Contact Us (link) and initiate your return request within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Please remember to include your full name, email, and Order Number.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- All returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to restocking fees.
- All product tags and labels must remain attached.
- All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
Please note: Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return and our team has confirmed it meets the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria.
Gifted items fall under the same policy and can be returned for store credit or to the original payment method. Please reach out with the name of your gifter and your full name to begin the gift return process.
We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Poppyseed Play item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased from Babylist, Maisonette, Nordstrom, West Elm, and Amazon.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate your return, please Contact Us (LINK) within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) will need to be shipped back within 35 days of delivery.
Your return request must include your full name, order number, and order item for our reference. If this was a gift, please include the name of your gifter as well.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- All returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to restocking fees.

Can I return my item?

When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less repackaging fees if applicable
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. We will send you a refund confirmation via email once we have completed your return on our end, and credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I return a Poppyseed Play product that is purchased elsewhere?
We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Poppyseed Play item(s) from in accordance with their return policy.
How do I exchange an item?
Currently Poppyseed Play does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy
Damaged or Missing Parts
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and couple of photos or video of the issue. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more part(s) or send a replacement item.
In order to receive a full a refund for a defective item, without a replacement or replacement part, all part of the item must be returned to Poppyseed Play. Once received, a full refund can be provided.
What if I'm missing an item or part in my order?
Our team thoroughly checks each item before dispatch but sometimes an oversight may occur. Please Contact Us so we can send the replacement parts immediately!
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, however you are able to add a gift message at checkout.
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card for anyone you'd like to surprise with the beautiful gift of Poppyseed Play. Gift cards do not expire.
Wholesale
How can I become a wholesale partner?
We are now accepting wholesale orders! Please fill out our Wholesale form and someone will be in touch shortly.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
We believe families deserve play things that are safe, non-toxic and can stand the test of time (and baby drool). And we’re out to create heirloom hand-me-downs that feel like a gift when you finally give them away. We offer a 1-Year Warranty to help ensure that your products are protected and kept in excellent condition.
Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear (such as scratches or stains), or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable, nor does it apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.
Products sold by Poppyseed Play on poppyseedplay.com are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. The warranty is valid only under normal use of the product and for the use for which it is normally intended.
To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product from various angles and distances. If you still have the boxes, please send along some photos as well if there’s a chance the product was damaged during transport. If the issue cannot be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.
Defects and/or damages resulting from the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Accidents
Negligence
Misuse and/or abnormal use
Improper storage
Modifications and/or alterations
Commercial use of the product
Over-exposure to high or prolonged heat
Surface markings as a result of shipping
Use of abrasive cleaning tools or chemical cleaning products
Theft
Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will suggest one of the following resolutions:
To make a claim, please report an issue through our Contact Us Page and we will gladly guide you through the procedure. Be sure to provide:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- The number(s) of the part(s) to be replaced (refer to assembly instructions if possible)
- Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect where the parts shown in the photo or video are clearly identified
